The ENERSOL Visual Leaks Testers are fast, compact devices complying with the requirements of international condom and glove standards.
Each tester consists of a rotating carousel with holders mounted on an ergonomic stainless steel stand with an integral water reservoir. The stand has been designed with the comfort and safety of the operator in mind.
The unit may be smaller than other designs, but the ENERSOL Visual Leaks Testers match the speed of much larger machines.
FEATURES
The unit is equipped with a LCD control panel allowing the user to pre-select the number of samples remaining to be tested.
Each of the carousels is easy to hold and turn.
Two adjustable quartz-halogen lights facilitate hole detection.
OPERATOR SAFETY
As the unit is ergonomically designed, the ENERSOL Visual Leaks Tester is easy to use, operate and is comfortable for a single technician.
Complete operator safety is assured by the use of an isolating transformer providing the tester with a 24-volt power supply. The transformer is supplied with the tester and as a further safety precaution, is located separately from the machine itself.
FEMALE CONDOMS, MALE CONDOMS, GLOVES
There are four models available..
Male Condoms : With 8 test heads, the tester complies with the requirements of ISO4074 and similar standards. A trained operator can test approximately 100 condoms per hour (with rolling).
Female Condoms : Has 5 special test heads enabling testing in accordance with requirements agreed between the Female Health Company and the USFDA.
Gloves : Has 5 test heads with a special glove securing device. It meets the requirements of ISO10282, ISO11193 as well as EN and ASTM standards.
Combined : Suitable for laboratories that test any combination of male condoms, female condoms or gloves. The Combined Visual Leaks Tester comes with interchangeable carousels each with 5 hangers. There are 2 or more water sensors used to detect the appropriate amount of water in the dispensing tank, one for each of the carousels. Clients may request 5 or 6 hanger carousels (both match the speed of 10 hangers).
INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING AND TRAINING
ENERSOL Visual Leaks Testers can be set up and commissioned by experienced senior ENERSOL staff on request or when purchased with an Automated Inflation System. Otherwise, the unit is shipped with set up manuals, operator manuals and the appropriate calibration devices.
ENERSOL also offers operator and installation training in Sydney, Australia. Both training courses include manuals and documentation for the operators in English, Chinese or Portuguese.
