ENERSOL syringe testing equipment has been designed specifically to meet the requirements of AS and ISO standards. Syringe testing is also carried out by ENERSOL in the Syringe Testing laboratory.
The syringe testing devices are used for many tests of ISO7886, ISO8537, ISO594-1, ISO594-2 and ISO7864.

Reference fittings
There are 6 reference fittings in the ENERSOL range including male and female reference conical fittings for testing male 6% (Luer) lock fittings and taper fittings. These fittings are used for various tests in ISO 594 parts 1 and 2.
Gauge test fittings & applicators
Made from materials such as aluminium and aluminium the ENERSOL gauge test fittings and applicators are durable and easy to use. Three different applicators and fittings are available for female fittings, rigid and semi-rigid male conical fittings.
Fitting assembly
The ENERSOL Fitting Assembly is made for aluminium, hardened steel and aluminium. It is a compact device taking very little bench space. The fitting assembly device is an integral part of syringe tests and comes with an axial weight of 27.5-N and side weight with torque of 0.01Nm.
Weights
Known axial and side weights are required for preparation for test of Liquid leakage, air leakage, separation force, ease of assembly, stress cracking, unscrew torque and resistance to overriding. They are available in different sizes to accommodate the requirements of the test performed.
Liquid leakage tester
Made from aluminium, the unit takes up little bench space, is sturdy and hard wearing. The unit requires an air pump capable of 300kPa which ENERSOL can also supply. 0.25N, 1N, 2N and 3N weights are also available for use with the tester.
Separation force
Simple to use, the separation force equipment has a specialised low friction pneumatic cylinder to raise and lower the calibrated weight to the sample which is held in an adjustable bracket.
Unscrewing torque
The unscrewing torque device is compact and hand-driven used with reference fittings to apply a pre-determined force to syringes.
Air leakage tester
The ENERSOL Air Leakage Tester is designed to be compact and is made from aluminium and plastic. The unit requires a vacuum pump capable of -100kPa which ENERSOL can also supply.
OTHER EQUIPMENT AND ACCESSORIES
ENERSOL can provide the following equipment and accessories for use during syringe testing; frame for coring tests, rubber closures, needle tube bond tester, luer hub mounts, syringe mounts, needle mounts, lumen stylets, 22N to 69N weights and vernier callipers.
INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING AND TRAINING
Syringe Testing Equipment can be set up and commissioned by experienced senior ENERSOL staff when purchased with an Automated Inflation System. Otherwise, equipment is shipped with set up manuals and operator manuals.
ENERSOL also offers operator and installation training in Sydney, Australia. Both training courses include manuals and documentation for the operators in English, Chinese or Portuguese.
