The Enersol Automated Swelling Index Tester is easy to operate and automates a process that is otherwise time consuming. The tester is a faster way to measure the swelling index of latex. The device measures the samples using optical techniques.
Data is transferred directly to a PC without the operator having to write any numbers down or perform any calculations. This speeds up the process, reduces the need for checking of data, and considerably reduces the potential for operator errors in these tests.
The tester comes with a sample preparation kit that greatly simplifies the rapid preparation of test discs.

The Automated Swelling Index Tester can measure the actual area of the sample, as well as the diameter measurement determined via manual methods.
INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING AND TRAINING
ENERSOL Automated Swelling Index Testers can be set up and commissioned by experienced senior ENERSOL staff when purchased with an Automated Inflation System. Otherwise, the items are shipped with set up manuals, operator manuals and the appropriate calibration devices.
ENERSOL also offers operator and installation training in Sydney, Australia. Both training courses include manuals and documentation for the operators in English, Chinese or Portuguese.
