Features

EInflation3 handles 2 to 8 heads simultaneously and graphs and data are updated on screen in real-time. Graphs are displayed in 16bit colour and can also be saved and printed in colour. Calibration data can be printed in tables and graphs, together with the calibration of the master instrument. The entire system or selected heads can be calibrated for volume or pressure.

Two modes of operation facilitate male or female condom testing and compiling control charts. There are 9 screens available during testing including a real-time data graph that enables the technician to see exactly what is happening. At all times during a test, the ‘active test numbers box’ which shows the number of samples to be tested, completed, inflating and the total remaining is available. As the last condom is inflating the numbers turn red and the air-supply cannot be started, thus reducing technician error. In control chart mode, lots can be grouped to create control charts including graphs of means, medians, standard deviations, number of non-compliers, % non-compliers, box plots and process capability. Each head can be shown separately. A running average of the last 10 lots is also displayed.

  Security

EInflation3 has powerful security and data audit tracking features, designed to safeguard data integrity. These features are also invaluable for those who need to meet the requirements of FDA 21 CFR Part 11.

  Data Storage

The stored data is in a form suitable for integration with results of other tests using the ENERSOL Integrated Reporting System. Data can also be easily transferred to spreadsheet software.

  ELeaks3 and ELeaks4

ELeaks3 is bundled with the ENERSOL Ultra Fast Conductivity Leaks Tester and ELeaks4 with the ENERSOL Electrical Leaks Tester. Both display results on screen, save results electronically and can print results on paper. When a failure is found the technician can enter the location of the hole which is recorded with the failure and saved automatically. ELeaks3 also suggests the location of small holes.

  ELength2, EWidth2 and EThick

ELength2 and EWidth2 are bundled with Automated Dimension Testers. Technicians are able see the sample on screen during the width test and can preview the sample in the length test. EWidth2 and EThick also allow the number of readings per sample to be pre-set between 1 and 10. ELength2, EWidth2 and EThick and their testers are calibrated easily and can be completed in-house by a trained technician.

  ELube

The lubricant test requires the determination of total lubricant in each condom pack. ELube works with electronic scales to capture the weight of packs before and after washing the samples and packs. ELube also displays the final result on screen and shows pass/fail status based upon limits that can be set and changed at any time.
