The ENERSOL laboratory is equipped with state of the art testing equipment and software mostly designed in-house.
The ENERSOL laboratory is certified to ISO9001:2000 by NCS International and accredited by NATA, thus complying with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025 (2005).
CONSULTANCY...
ENERSOL can assist you with virtually every aspect of condom plant design, manufacture, testing and utilisation. Condom technical experts are familiar with most of the condom factories in the world and with the types of equipment and processes employed. ENERSOL can set up reliable and efficient quality control procedures for any design of factory.
The consulting team is headed by Managing Director Dr John Gerofi.
Supporing the Managing director in the consulting team is General Manager Prasanna De Silva and consultant Gavin Shaw.
ANNUAL MAINTENANCE AND CALIBRATION...
The ENERSOL Annual Maintenance and Calibration program (AMC) comprises of a visit from a qualified, senior technician who will calibrate your machinery, clean and carry out any minor repairs, perform preventative maintenance and re-train technical staff.
Participation in the Annual Interlaboratory Trial of Condom Testing Laboratories is also included in the AMC program.
The AMC program is available for users of ENERSOL inflation systems and assists laboratories that have, or are seeking, laboratory accreditation or certification, and those who wish to ensure their machinery operates at maximum efficiency. Performance in the interlaboratory trial, equipment and software can be discussed with management, engineering, QA and laboratory officers during the visit.
The AMC can be extended for those who would like to include other condom testing equipment. This includes other products from the ENERSOL range and other manufacturers. Visits are coordinated so that clients in the same geographical area can be visited during one trip, thereby keeping the cost of entering such a program to a minimum.
TRAINING...
Training programs can include practical condom testing, ENERSOL software training, maintenance of ENERSOL equipment, good laboratory practice, practical inspection and sampling techniques, current international standards and specifications, basic computing and medical device testing procedures.
ENERSOL provides both on-site training and training courses at its headquarters in Sydney, Australia.
An internal trial is also a component of this program. Courses and manuals can be provided in a variety of languages, including English, French, Mandarin, Hungarian, Vietnamese and Arabic.
