ENERSOL manufactures equipment for both dry and wet package integrity testing of condom packs. These items are made of clear acrylic, which is attractive, durable and easy to clean.
WET PACKAGE INTEGRITY TESTER
The ENERSOL Wet Package Integrity Tester is designed to meet the requirements of ISO4074:2002.
It holds condoms separately under water so they are individually visible during the test. The equipment includes automated raising and lowering of the testing platform to facilitate easy fitting of the condoms into the chamber. The tester has a capacity for 16 condoms each dip. The wet package integrity tester can also be used for dry testing (as required by the WHO 1998/2003 condom specification).
DRY PACKAGE INTEGRITY TESTER
The ENERSOL Dry Package Integrity tester is designed to meet the requirements of the WHO 1998/2003 condom specification. It allows a visual check of the shape of condom packs when subject to a vacuum.
The tester holds at least 19 condoms at one time on two shelves, and a visual check can be made easily through the clear dome lid.

INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING AND TRAINING
ENERSOL Package Integrity Testers can be set up and commissioned by experienced senior ENERSOL staff when purchased with an Automated Inflation System. Otherwise, the items are shipped with set up manuals, operator manuals and the appropriate accessories.
ENERSOL also offers operator and installation training in Sydney, Australia. Both training courses include manuals and documentation for the operators in English, Chinese or Portuguese.
