The ENERSOL Ultra Fast Conductivity Leaks Tester has 5 independent test heads that operate by loading a condom and pressing a button. The tester fills condoms, lowers and raises the test heads automatically.
This tester is given its name for its fast, efficient and easy operation by a single technician. The unit comes bundled with ENERSOL leaks testing software for Microsoft Windows operating systems.
Speed
A single operator can test 315 naked/unfoiled condoms in less than 30 minutes.
Easy to use
The tester is easy to use, the test heads operate independantly with the operator loading a condom on a test head and pressing the button above.
The condom is then filled and lowered into the tank automatically and if it passes the test, it is automatically removed from the test head as it rises. If it conducts, the condom is raised again, an additional 100 mL of water is added, and the operator must remove the condom and roll it to confirm the hole.
Software
The tester must be connected to a computer with the ENERSOL leaks testing software for Windows. The results are displayed on screen, can be printed on paper and are saved electronically.
The printed report shows the voltage and the pass/fail status of each condom tested, and also prints a summary for the file. The software is currently available in English and Portugese, and can be translated into any language using European characters.
For small holes that may be difficult to find, the software can offer a suggestion on screen to indicate where to start looking for the hole.
The ENERSOL electrical leaks tester is compact and economically priced. The unit has ten test heads that raise and lower automatically by pushing a single button on the integral rolling table.
Failures are indicated on the by an alarm and a system of coloured lights, as well as being displayed on the computer screen. Sockets are also available to monitor the voltage across each individual condom. The unit comes bundled with ENERSOL leaks testing software for Microsoft Windows operating systems
Speed
The speed and efficiency of the ENERSOL Electrical Leaks Tester is demonstrated by the experience of operators who can comfortably handle each load of 10 condoms in less than 2 minutes. A test of 315 condoms can be completed in about 70 minutes.

OPERATOR SAFETY
Complete operator safety is assured by the use of an isolating transformer providing the tester with a 24-volt power supply. The transformer is supplied with the tester and as a further safety precaution, is located separately from the machine itself.
INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING AND TRAINING
ENERSOL Ultra Fast Conductivity Leaks Testers and Electrical Leaks Testers can be set up and commissioned by experienced senior ENERSOL staff on request or when purchased with an Automated Inflation System. Otherwise, the unit is shipped with set up manuals, operator manuals and the appropriate calibration devices.
ENERSOL also offers operator and installation training in Sydney, Australia. Both training courses include manuals and documentation for the operators in English, Chinese or Portuguese.
