The ENERSOL Automated Inflation System is versatile, easier to use and more accurate than similar systems.
There are over 80 sets of ENERSOL inflation testing systems around the world, and most clients have upgraded their hardware in recent years.
Available in 2, 4, 6 or 8 heads the ENERSOL Automated Inflation System can test up to 315 condoms per hour. Air flow and the automatic movement of test heads and windows are operated by the press of a button. This system is bundled with EInflation3 software, accurately logging the test data from start to finish. Other features include customization of print outs with the use of custom fields, control charts and EInflation3 can record burst pressure for male condoms or peak pressure for female condoms.
FEMALE CONDOM ADAPTOR
EInflation3 and ENERSOL’s inflation systems can test female condoms as well as male condoms. A female condom adaptor can be easily fitted at the time of purchase, or it can be added to existing equipment by an ENERSOL technician. This adaptor is removable making the system an economical option for testing both male and female condoms.
USER-FRIENDLY SOFTWARE
EInflation3 is ENERSOL’s inflation data logging software. It is simple to use and displays real-time data and graphs on screen to enable the technician see exactly what is happening. With powerful security and data audit tracking features, EInflation3 is designed to safeguard data integrity; these features are also invaluable for those who need to meet the requirements of FDA 21 CFR Part 11.
SPEED
Typically an operator using a four-head ENERSOL Automated Inflation System can test about 150 condoms an hour. Operators using a six-head unit have averaged more than 200 tests per hour and operators using an 8-head ENERSOL Automated Inflation System can test about 315 condoms an hour.
ACCURACY
Flow: Better than ± 1%
Volume is measured directly using an integrating metering system in the AIS
Volume: Better than ± 1%
Calibrated against a reference meter (supplied), resulting in accuracy of better than 1.0%
Pressure: Better than ± 1%
Pressure transducers are accurate to better than 0.25% and can be calibrated against a reference meter (supplied).

Installation, commissioning and training
The ENERSOL automated inflation system is set up and commissioned by experienced senior ENERSOL staff. On-Site training is included in the purchase price and can be carried out at the end-user’s site in a number of languages. ENERSOL also offers operator and installation training in Sydney, Australia. Both training courses include manuals and documentation for the operators in English, Chinese or Portuguese.
